OPINION
DAVIS, Judge:
¶ 1 Defendant Lonnie C. Arave challenges his conviction of attempted sodomy on a child, a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-4-101, 76-5-403.1 (2008). We affirm.
