¶ 1 Defendants J.J. Hunan, Inc. (Hunan) and R. Alan Knox appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of Plaintiff Red Cliffs Corner, LLC (RCC). Specifically, Hunan appeals the trial court's interpretation of a lease and determination that RCC was entitled to terminate the lease and that Hunan had waived its claim for breach of lease.
