OPINION

GREENWOOD, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 This appeal encompasses two consolidated cases stemming from separate drive-by shootings. In case no. 031903971 (case # 3971), Charles Moa was charged with three counts of aggravated assault. Moa entered a no-contest plea to one count of discharging a firearm toward a building but subsequently moved to withdraw his plea. The trial court denied the motion and sentenced Moa to a prison term of three to five years...
