GREENWOOD, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Vance Morris appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a traffic stop. Because we determine that any reasonable suspicion of crime had dissipated before the police officer approached Mr. Morris's car window, we conclude that Mr. Morris was unreasonably seized and, accordingly, that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence found...
