MEMORANDUM DECISION

BENCH, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant James Johnston appeals pro se the district court's denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence pursuant to rule 22(e) of the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure. We affirm.
