¶ 1 In this interlocutory appeal, Defendant Brenda Christine White challenges the denial of her motion in limine to include a jury instruction regarding the affirmative defense of extreme emotional distress. Contrary to Defendant's argument, the trial court did not err in evaluating the proffered evidence through an objective viewpoint.
