OPINION

BILLINGS, Senior Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Darin Ray Richardson appeals his sentence of 180 days in jail following his guilty plea to one count of criminal nonsupport, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-7-201 (2008). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 Defendant failed to provide support for his minor child. On March 7, 2007, Defendant pleaded guilty to one count of criminal nonsupport under Utah Code section 76-7-201, see id.
