INTRODUCTION

¶ 1 Petitioner, Craig Nicholls, claims that the district court erred in dismissing his Post-Conviction Remedies Act ("PCRA") petition. He presents two arguments: (1) due to mental illness, his plea was not knowing and voluntary, and (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the district court's dismissal.
