¶ 1 Linda Lee Hymas (Mrs. Hymas) petitions for review of the Labor Commission's decision affirming the Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ) ruling that she is not entitled to death benefits after her husband died of a heart attack while working at SOS Staffing.
