DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Pipe Renewal Service, LLC (the LLC) appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff Ray Hunting on his unlawful detainer claim, as well as the court's later award of damages for unpaid rent.
