Albertelli Construction, Inc. ("ACI") appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Ram Industries Acquisitions, LLC d/b/a Ram Windows, LLC ("Ram"), intervenor plaintiff below, on Ram's claims of breach of contract and violation of the Prompt Payment Act.2
