This is an interlocutory appeal from the denial of a motion to dismiss filed pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA). Energy Ops LLC ("Energy Ops") sued Ridge Petroleum, Inc. ("Ridge"), along with seven other entities (the Nominal Defendants)
