OPINION

In an appeal from the denial of an article 11.072 application seeking a writ of habeas corpus, Adnan Asgar Shroff contends that, because it is unclear if his conviction rested on an overly broad interpretation of the online solicitation statute, the trial court should have awarded him a new trial.
