MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Relators, Brandy Charles and Prophet Ronald Dwayne Whitfield, have filed a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the respondent district judge to return the child in question and to dismiss the underlying suit affecting the parent-child relationship.1

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a), (d). We dismiss all pending motions as moot.
