While walking to her mailbox on July 10, 2014, Amy Bolton was viciously attacked by two dogs owned by her neighbor, Mataba Kisenda Tucker. After undergoing seven surgeries as a result of the attack, Bolton sued Tucker and her landlord, George K. Fisher, and asserted separate causes of action for negligence...
