OPINION

Appellees, Hillary J. Lloyd and Kimberly A. Lloyd, filed suit against Appellant, Giovanny Laguan, seeking a determination that title to certain property had been redeemed by the Lloyds. The trial court granted summary judgment on the Lloyds' claims, and Laguan appealed.1
