MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, the State of Texas, appeals from a judgment granting Pedro Antonio Gomez's motion to dismiss for a violation of his right to a speedy trial. By a single issue, the State contends that the trial court erred in granting the motion. We reverse and remand.
