OPINION

Following a bench trial, the trial court rendered judgment against Ted Kaldis a/k/a Ted Lefteris Kaldis for $51,012.66 in favor of Crest Finance. On appeal, Kaldis asserts that the trial court erred when it ruled that he had not shown that Crest Finance's claim was barred by limitations.
