In this case, we are asked to determine whether a 2006 change in the Texas Supreme Court's jurisprudence on governmental immunity renders a 1995 judgment void. Appellant Engelman Irrigation District ("EID") argues that it does and that the trial court therefore erred by denying its motion for summary judgment in a suit filed against appellee Shields Brothers, Inc.
