David Greer appeals his conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 46.04 (West 2011). Greer complains that the evidence was insufficient, that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress because of an invalid traffic stop and an improper inventory search, that Greer received ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to seek a timely hearing on the motion to suppress...
