This appeal concerns title to 527.273 acres of land located near the Red River in Hardeman County, Texas. Appellant, Levada M. (Marie) Wells, Trustee of the Wells Family Trust (Wells), claims title to the disputed property by virtue of a chain of title from the sovereignty of the soil to the present. Appellee, Weldon R.
