A jury convicted appellant, Kelvin Deandrea Clark, of the felonies of aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance, namely between one and four grams of oxycodone. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.02(a)(2); Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.115(a).
