A jury acquitted appellant Casmir Irielle of aggravated sexual assault but convicted him of improper sexual activity with a person in custody, a state jail felony. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 39.04. Appellant challenges his conviction in three issues, arguing that the trial court erred by (1) instructing the jury on two or more offenses in the disjunctive, which violated appellant's right to a unanimous verdict...
