West Fork Advisors, LLC ("West Fork") appeals the trial court's take nothing summary judgment in favor of SunGard Consulting Services, LLC and SunGard Investment Systems, LLC (together, "SunGard"). In three issues, West Fork argues the trial court erred in granting SunGard's traditional motion for summary judgment, in granting SunGard's no-evidence summary judgment motion, and in awarding SunGard attorney's fees.
