Appellee Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, N.A., foreclosed on a house owned by appellant Winona Flippon Vazquez. After the foreclosure sale, Vazquez sued Deutsche Bank. She alleged that the assignment of the note and deed of trust by her original lender to Deutsche Bank was invalid, and that therefore the foreclosure was also invalid. Deutsche Bank moved for summary judgment, arguing that Vazquez lacked standing...
