OPINION

GUADALUPE RIVERA, Justice.

In two issues, James F. Roth, Appellant, appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the Bank), Appellee. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

The Bank brought suit against Roth for breach of contract alleging Roth had failed to make payments on two promissory notes, the first a business installment loan and the second a business line of credit, after the Bank demanded payment...
