MARC W. BROWN, Justice.

Appellant Francheska V. Jaganathan appeals the trial court's denial of a motion to suppress. Appellant alleges that the evidence was seized during an unlawful detention. Because the arresting officer lacked reasonable suspicion to detain appellant for violating the "Left Lane for Passing Only" sign, we conclude that the trial court committed harmful error when it denied appellant's motion to suppress.
