Opinion by Justice LANG-MIERS.

This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying a special appearance filed by appellant Suzlon Energy Limited, a company organized under the laws of India with its principal place of business in Pune, India (Suzlon India). We conclude that Suzlon India is not amenable to specific jurisdiction in this case. As a result, we reverse the trial court's order and render judgment dismissing Suzlon India...
