This appeal arises from a personal injury lawsuit brought by Dulio Gonzalez against Time Warner, Inc. and Time Warner Cable, LLC (Time Warner). In two issues on appeal, Time Warner contends the trial court erred in: (1) denying its request to withdraw deemed admissions; and (2) awarding pre-judgment interest. We sustain Time Warner's first issue, reverse the trial court's judgment, and remand the cause to the trial court...
