Barrows, M.D., P.A. d/b/a Dermatology & Skin Cancer Surgery Center (Barrows) and Melissa McAnally (McAnally). Appellee Suzette Carnes (Carnes) sued Barrows and McAnally seeking damages for injuries she sustained during an intense pulsed light (IPL) skin rejuvenation procedure.
