Appellee, John Berry Jackson, was charged with the offense of possession of methamphetamine, with intent to deliver, in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams. Jackson filed a pretrial motion to suppress the evidence. He asserted that the police officers found the methamphetamine as the result of an illegal search of his car.
