After the 196th Judicial District Court of Hunt County, Texas, entered orders in a number of cases waiving a monthly fee that had previously been assessed as a condition of community supervision by that same court, the Hunt County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (the Department) filed motions in each of the affected cases seeking vacation of the waiver orders...
