OPINION

PATRICK A. PIRTLE, Justice.

Appellant, Tommy Coronado, was convicted by a jury of indecency with a child1 enhanced, and sentenced to sixty years confinement and a $5,000 fine. Appellant asserts the trial court erred in permitting the complainant to use a support person while testifying at trial pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 38.0742
