OPINION

SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

In this appeal, we consider whether the trial court erred in (1) dismissing the plaintiff's suit requesting a declaratory judgment that it could not be held liable to the defendants in a pending lawsuit in Canada, and (2) awarding attorney's fees to a defendant obtaining the dismissal. We affirm.
