OPINION

MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Ananda Chermion Habib, appeals the trial court's decision to adjudicate him guilty of the offenses of stalking1 and violation of a protective order,2 as well as the resulting ten-year sentences of incarceration and $5,000 fine in each case.3 We will modify the judgments and affirm as modified.
