In a declaratory judgment action, Appellant Schmidt Land Services challenged the validity of its contract with Appellees UniFirst Corporation and UniFirst Holdings (UniFirst). Schmidt contended UniFirst fraudulently induced it to enter into the contract, and Schmidt sought to avoid arbitration.
