Richard Andrews was indicted in Bowie County, Texas, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon resulting in bodily injury. Specifically, the indictment, as written, alleged that Andrews had caused bodily injury to "William Boc by shooting William Box with a firearm." (Emphasis added.).
