Thaddeus and Bonnie Samuel sue to set aside CitiMortgage, Inc.'s foreclosure on a residential property. In addition, the Samuels seek damages against CitiMortgage, Inc. ("CMI"), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("Freddie Mac").
