MICHAEL MASSENGALE, Justice.

Without a sentencing recommendation from the State, appellant Oscar Montano pleaded guilty to the felony offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 30.02 (West 2011). The trial court sentenced the appellant to 18 years in prison and imposed court costs. Presenting one issue on appeal, Montano contends that there is insufficient evidence to support the award...
