In this appeal from an oil and gas billing dispute, we determine the accrual date for postjudgment interest when a remand for further proceedings requires new evidence. To resolve this question, we assess the Texas Finance Code, our rules of procedure, and our precedent. The Finance Code provides that postjudgment interest accrues from a money judgment's date.
