WILLIAM J. BOYCE, Justice.

A check cashing service, RR Maloan Investments, Inc. sued New Houston Gold Exchange, Inc. to recover on a post-dated check upon which Houston Gold Exchange stopped payment. The trial court signed a judgment in favor of Houston Gold Exchange, and RR Maloan appealed. We reverse the trial court's judgment; render judgment in favor of RR Maloan for the amount of the check; and remand to the trial court for computation of interest...
