This case involves a dispute between neighbors. Appellant Pamela A. Beinar filed suit against appellees Michael J. Deegan, Elizabeth F. Deegan, and Glen Lakes Homeowners' Association for damages to her property allegedly caused by the Deegans' landscaping renovations.
