The State charged Brett Gardner with three offenses of possession of child pornography. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 43.26 (West Supp.2013). Gardner moved to suppress evidence obtained through execution of a search warrant at his home and his confession to having committed the offenses, which was procured during interviews with law enforcement.
