This appeal arises out of a boundary dispute involving ownership of a 34.28-acre parcel of land located in the Thomas Henry Survey, Abstract No. 130, in Brazos County, Texas. Summary judgment was rendered in favor of the Frank Bobbitt McGregor Trust.
