OPINION

MacKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Jonathan Shadden, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams,1 and felon in possession of a firearm.2 The indictment also included an enhancement allegation that appellant had been previously convicted of a felony.
