Verna Pauline Sangrey1 brought suit against her daughter, Elizabeth Sangrey Gray, and her son-in law, Tommy Dean Gray, Jr. (collectively referred to as the Grays), seeking to impose a constructive trust against a house and lot that had been deeded to the Grays.
