("H2O Solutions"), sued appellees, PM Realty Group LP and its general partner, Provident Investor Group, GP, LLC (collectively, "PM Realty"), for breach of contract, quantum meruit, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation arising out of an agreement to provide remediation services in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.
