On September 4, 2013, relator Immobiliere Jeuness Establissement filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex.R.App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Elaine Palmer, presiding judge of the 215th District Court of Harris County, to set aside her March 8, 2013 and April 5, 2013 abatement orders.1...
