This is an accelerated appeal wherein Appellant, West Texas Municipal Power Agency (WTMPA), challenges the trial court's interlocutory order denying its plea to the jurisdiction in a suit filed by Appellee, Republic Power Partners, L.P., for breach of contract and breach of warranties.
