In this interlocutory appeal, Kaye/Bassman International Corp. challenges the trial court's order granting the special appearance of nonresidents Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi and dismissing the claims against them. In a single issue, appellant contends appellees are subject to specific jurisdiction in Texas because the claims against them directly relate to and arise from appellees' purposeful contacts with Texas....
